Texture work may be used on personal avatars, but may not be used for profit and/or public avatars.
Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.I own all rights to the work. Putting my work through any AI engine is strictly prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at least two (2) to four (4) weeks to complete the commission. Time to complete may be extended if unforeseen circumstances arise. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my textures, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough, in-progress, and final check phases.Posting photography of my texture work is OK, but please give credit to @mijumacrystal or @frostarkingdomPlease provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.paymentPayment is via Paypal and Cashapp only. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the texture has been approved, I can give a partial refund. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in the cancellation of the commission; cancellation due to behavior will be non-refundable.If a chargeback is filed without explicit confirmation from both parties, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions. Under these circumstances, a formal complaint will be filed against the client, and any and all investments made in relation to the commission will be withheld.ProcessUpon starting, I will send progress images of the texture for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the texture. Once I receive ample review of the texture for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Once the finalized texture is accepted, I will provide the completed product via given contact method by client. No physical product will be delivered.Any revisions and/or adjustments that are requested within seven (7) days after the final texture has been accepted may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the revisions. After the seven (7) day grace period is over, revision requests will no longer be available.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
